The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their campaigns are successful. The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing project timelines, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our clients' businesses through effective use of our CRM system.

Ideal candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant role.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing, and multi-channel communication strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and Competitive CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Own the end-to-end process: build work plans, synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations
    Collaborate with our internal teams to identify growth opportunities and increase client engagement through multi-channel communication strategies.
    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related work experience at a high-performing technology company or management consulting; enterprise experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills (including data modeling) and business insight
  • Experience dealing with unstructured business issues and successfully leading teams to resolve these issues
